Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referred participants must be new to SoulCare Solutions.
Participants must choose to commence services with SoulCare Solutions.
Referral and partnership arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the Referral Partner.
SoulCare Solutions reserves the right to decline referrals that do not meet program requirements.
All referral arrangements are subject to applicable laws, industry standards, NDIS requirements, and ethical obligations.
NDIS referrals are currently limited to Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants. Aged Care referrals are also welcome.
